Spanish Super Cup Preview: Sevilla vs Barcelona

The 2010/2011 La Liga season kicks-off with the traditional Spanish Super Cup curtain-raiser between league winners FC Barcelona and cup champions Sevilla. What a way to start the new season!

The first leg takes place tonight at 21:30 (CET) at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan Stadium, Sevilla. The match is played 3 days after the mid-week international friendlies which means that several stars will miss the encounter. Barcelona, the current Super Cup champions, will be without their Spanish world champions but with the exception of Valdes. However, Messi will be on the field running the show, is he capable of winning the game without the support of Iniesta and Xavi?
