Good Causes: Portsmouth, Stoke City, Arsenal, Tottenham, & the Ivory Coast players create goal celebrations to tackle HIV/AIDS, Malaria, & No Education

Education and humour don’t often go together, but my goodness these are all-around great videos. My hat goes off to Arsenal, Stoke City, Portsmouth, Tottenham, and the Ivory Coast for agreeing to take part in the ever-important fight against HIV/AIDS, Malaria, while also preaching the importance of education. It’s a colourful series of short videos putting the squads up against some of the biggest issues being dealt with throughout Africa. With match-ups such as “Ivory Coast vs. No Education”, “Stoke City vs. Malaria”, “Portsmouth vs. HIV/AIDS”, I cannot give enough praise to how enjoyable and easily accessible they have made these important messages to listen to. The entire collection is posted below, and the whole campaign is sponsored by FC AFRIKA. With vuvuzelas and all, isn’t this sheer brilliance?
