Zlatan brings back the Ronaldinho-esque “back” pass!

While Zlatan Ibrahimovic is no Ronaldinho, the two world-class talents do have a few similarities. They both look extremely goofy, they both carry themselves with an impressive/obnoxious high level of swagger and entitlement, and now the two both can pull off the ridiculous, not very useful “back” pass. Ronaldinho tried this particular skill first a few years back at Camp Nou, and the lanky Zlatan busted the move out to set up Lionel Messi for a goal-scoring opportunity over the weekend against Mallorca. My personal opinion is that while ‘dinho tried this one just for fun, Ibra is annoyed that he isn’t the centre of attention in Barçaland, so he’s trying the absurd to make more people like him. Well Zlatan, that’s just selfish!* Ronaldinho’s “back” pass was better anyway.
