The 2010 Holiday Giveaway (for Charity) - Though most of us here at A Football Report are students with not a whole lot of spare change lying around, we hope to spark something special with this.

Looking around the internet and the Tumblr community, I’ve seen loads of little holiday competitions that give viewers an incentive (i.e. Gift Cards) to tweet or comment on a post. Competitions like these promote self-indulgence, don’t they?

Well, that’s not good for society. The idea of our giveaway is that the incentive is to raise awareness for a charity or non-profit you truly believe in and want others to get behind and support. In short, the incentive is, for once, not personally driven. However, we do reserve the right to commend and show respect to those who participate. We want you to argue for something that goes beyond yourself.

So tell us, tell your followers, or tell your friends about a good cause you support this holiday season!
