Creating The World Record for Longest Football Fan Scarf - AFR x FIFA 12
However rational or irrational, the dream of diving into a pool filled with a substance of your liking seems to be fairly universal. Whether it’s diving into masses and masses of chocolate, drowning in money, or getting stuck in the bottom of 9 feet of Jello, the dream, for some reason, is invariably persistent. Well, what about scarves? It’s not at the top of my list, but for those of you that adore Roberto Mancini’s style (I’ll let my good mate at university remain anonymous), it’d fill a pool decently enough.
Scarf aficionados, EA Sports and FIFA 12 have you covered. They’re planning to set a Guinness World Record and create the world’s longest football scarf and they’ve reached out to us to offer the AFR community the opportunity to join in on the fun. We’re offering two exclusive spots for your message to appear on the FIFA 12 scarf, which will be sitting alongside the messages from Kaka and other footballers that are probably less perfect than Kaka.
