Liverpool are interested in Aalborg's wonderkid Lucas Andersen and could make a move on the youngster on the January transfer window.
Andersen is only 17 years of age, but has been rated as one of the hottest prospects in Denmark as he made his first team debut in March last year only to become one of the team's key players.
He has caught the attention of Ajax and German champions Borussia Dortmund, but the Reds are reportedly on the lead of the race, despite Aalborg confirm no names.
“I won't mention any names, but there's plenty of interest in Lucas. We are currently not in talks with any team, but a lot of clubs have asked us about his availability,” said Lynge Jakobsen, Aalborg's sporting director, on Sporten.
