Tévez returned to training

Manchester City wantaway striker Carlos Tévez has returned to training on Thursday, as the club had announced, but that is not revealing of the club’s intentions, as he still has to answer a case over contract breaches following an internal investigation.

Tévez’s two-week suspension has ended and the player returned to England on Wednesday from Argentina without knowing the club’s real plans for him.

On his comeback, he trained apart from the rest of the team as he is not expected to be match fit and won’t certainly count for manager Roberto Mancini, who said the Argentine was “finished” for him after his alleged refusal to play in a Champions League game.

The club has held an internal investigation with Tévez and his agent claiming the refusal to play was nothing more than a misunderstanding. The striker will now answer a case and the club may still punish him for his misconduct.

Whatever charges he is addressed, Tévez has announced to the Blues that he wil contest.

Several teams, like Real Madrid or Juventus, are paying attention to the saga as they would be highly interested in signing the player.
