Brazil midfielder Paulinho will undergo a medical at Tottenham ahead of his proposed move from Corinthians for a reported fee of £17million.
The 24-year-old is set for a medical on Friday morning after arriving in London on Thursday.
Any announcement could be made on Friday after Spurs seem to have sealed a deal for the player also reportedly on Real Madrid's wish list.
The Sao Paolo-born midfielder won the golden ball at the recent Confederations Cup where he starred as Brazil lifted the trophy for the third consecutive time.
