OFFICIAL: Soldado completes Tottenham move
Tottenham have completed the signing of Roberto Soldado from Valencia, after the striker passed a medical at White Hart Lane on Monday.
The Spain international has become Spurs' most expensive player, joining the club for around £26m (€30m).
"We're delighted to confirm the signing of Roberto Soldado from Valencia after successfully completing his medical," read a Tottenham statement.
The Spanish striker, who began his career at Real Madrid, is expected to make his debut against familiar opposition, when Spurs host Espanyol on 10 August.
