So Mark Hughes is set to take the Manchester City job without even talking to Chelsea. It is quite a surprise to me as the Chelsea job is one of the biggest in world football. I know Man City have a lot of money but are they really ready to compete at the top level? This could be another Big Sam to Toon situation...
