Rafael Benitez leaves his post at Liverpool a legend; revered to the same degree as Dalglish, Fagan, Paisley - I dare say even Shankly himself. Rafa, as even his detractors would affectionately call him, was loved by Kopites because he understood the Liverpool way. He strived to rekindle the holy trinity - the intimate and unique relationship between the fans, the players and the manager. With him gone, who now for the Anfield club? If the past is a place you cannot get back to, what of the future?
