Chelsea Football Club: A Very Russian Saga.

Chelsea’s season is in danger of becoming a laughing stock. There I said it, this writing game is all about taking risks and I’m prepared to be proved wrong, but right now the club hierarchy is looking a lot like, well, a lot like the Russian government.

Oh yes, it’s a Russia parallel folks, but bear with me, this goes a bit beyond giggling at eyebrows and calling the team ‘Chelski’.

I’m talking about the slightly tyrannical way in which Roman Abramovich runs his club: ousting Mourinho, Grant, Scolari, Wilkins with a cold, undoubtedly snow-covered axe for indiscretions both known and unknown.
