Many players shined in the group stages and it was incredibly challenging to find 11 players to select. The team would operate under a 4-3-3. The players selected have been consistent and all played a key role in their team’s success. However, the players were not necessarily the best player in each position, but the selection of players was chosen so that these players would work well in a team and under the formation.
