Jogabo: The idea that will make finding the beautiful game beautifully simple

The scenario: you’re in your apartment, scrolling through Tumblr while your boots sit in your closet (sorry if that hits too close to home). You’d love to get out and play, but since you finished school your team with a few friends only plays once a week. You’ve played pick-up in the past, but you’re never sure if 6 or 36 people are going to show up.

Enter Jogabo, a new app that seamlessly connects you with players in your city and allows you to find, organize, and share games. We found Jogabo 7 months ago when it was just a concept, but now they’re just days away from the app from being released. We’ve seen the app firsthand. We met Jogabo founder Jeremy Melul at this year’s Beyond Soccer conference.

The final step for the Jogabo team: they've launched an indiegogo campaign and are well on their way to hitting their goal. We want to organize AFR and Tumblr FC kickabouts across the globe, and we’re guessing you want to get kicking as well. Whether it’s donating, spreading the word, or reblogging, let’s help make Jogabo come to life. [Posted by Eric]
