The best move that EA Sports has in its arsenal is knowing that millions of their loyal gamers simply don’t have free will. They could do literally anything and as long as the rosters are updated the masses will storm the old Amazon.com. If that sounds condescending, then ~~you should go outside more often~~ I should point out that much of the AFR Team is absolutely part of that group. The past few years, the FIFA series has only improved marginally, but this time around - with the launch of the Next-Gen consoles, it looks like we’re in for something a bit special.

Per EA, “Players now have four times the decision making ability than the current generation of footballers, enabling each player to have Pro Instincts—human-like reactions, anticipation, and instincts. Now, ideas like “human-like reactions” and “elite technique” sound great on paper, but they also sound like something that seems to already exist. The ball is certainly in EA’s court if the graphics look like this, but here’s to hoping they don’t stop there.
