As the 2010 FIFA Club World Cup looks to kick off in the United Arab Emirates, some of the highest members of the FIFA Executive Committee were on hand to defend the World Cup bid voting process. Or rather, FIFA General Secretary Jerome Valcke talked while FIFA Executive Committee member and CONCACAF General Secretary Chuck Blazer sat and nodded fervently. Chuck also is known for being an amateur blogger, which features things like pictures of Chuck’s friend Vladimir Putin feeding a fish to a dolphin. Through a groundbreaking experimental practice* of neurological science, I found out what the New York City native was thinking about the whole time in the press conference shown below.
