Gameiro the man to save the Hammers?
West Ham have not had the ideal start to a Premier League campaign with 3-nil and 3-1 losses to Aston Villa and Bolton, respectively. However, after Alessandro Diamanti’s move from West Ham to Brescia was completed, the Hammers have ever more reason as to why they need a new playmaker. And the funds are there. Avram Grant has inquired into bringing 23-year-old Frenchman Kevin Gameiro to London, and what a much-needed signing that would be. Gameiro, who we profiled a few months ago, could very well be in France’s fresh strike force for the 2014 World Cup if he continues his progress.
